PCH Technology LLC serves as the technology provider for Prop.com, responsible solely for hosting and maintaining the platform. PCH Technology LLC is not involved in the issuance or offering of any investment products.

All investment products listed on Prop.com are issued and offered either by Prop Securitisation SCS, a securitization entity incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under Registration No. B278565, or by any other wholly owned subsidiary of Prop Holding Limited. The exact issuer is always clearly stated in the terms and conditions of each individual investment product.

All real estate services are offered by PCH Real Estate LLC, a real estate company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered address at One by Omniyat 2501, Dubai, UAE. PCH Real Estate LLC is duly registered with the Dubai Economic Department (DED) under License No. 1142989 and licensed by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under Registration No. 34344.

‍PCH Technology LLC, Prop Securitisation SCS, and Prop Management SARL are wholly owned by Prop Holding Limited.
